Justice Shafiqul Haque Welfare Trust:
Justice Shafiqul Haque Welfare Trust is a non-profit, non-government institution promoted by family members and well wishers of Late Justice Shafiqul Haque as a memorial initiative with following objectives:
- To support research and documentation related to the ideals, life and works of Late Justice Shafiqul Haque.
- To set up institute(s), organize talks; publish journals, magazines etc. to promote education and knowledge dissemination in the field of law in general and the system, administration of justice in particular.
- To conduct memorial charitable activities and / or social work for under-privileged communities.
- To award talents / accomplishments, organize competitions, undertake capacity building, skill development programs.
North East e- Magazine on Juridical Thoughts:
North East e-Magazine on Juridical Thoughts is an open access online magazine published by Justice Shafiqul Haque Welfare Trust in pursuant to the objectives mentioned above.
The magazine primarily focuses on original research works, review of law / judgements, thought provoking articles in the field of law in general and the system, administration of justice in India in particular. Special attention will be given to works and issues that are of importance to India’s eight north eastern states.
Contribution to the magazine is voluntary and authors are not required to incur any cost for publication. Authors are encouraged to send communication to update information published along with their articles. Updation of content is allowed even after publication.
We archive published post / article year wise. Each year represent a volume number ( Vol-I, Vol-II etc.The publication started from the year 2015.
