The first part of the book, a festschrift with contributions from distinguished Judges, legal luminaries, academicians and eminent persons of the society, significantly provides an incisive view of the personality of Justice Haque. Former members of the Assam Judicial Service Officers Association and individuals from various walks of life have also provided a befitting tribute, recalling the extraordinary qualities of Justice Haque, both as a human being and as a superior Judge of his time. These reflections in the shape of personal memoirs from generations, apart from paying him a fitting tribute, convey the full parameters of his place in the juridical spectrum.
The second part of the book essays a few valuable articles of legal literature on some important topics contributed by eminent scholars and writers which reflect upon the contemporaneous socio legal issues, very much of relevance to his oeuvre.
